Excellent and lovely apartment with a pleasant view on the beach front right next to the marina. Great location right next to the marina with everything at the door. Separate bedrooms, nice private bathroom, great pool. Overall very enjoyable stay during the Easter holidays.

Modern rooms and excellent customer service

We arrived late at night with our three children and were relieved to find that the reception area was beautiful and the staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. However, when we entered our room, we were disappointed to discover that it was nothing like what was advertised. The room had a strong smell and the air conditioning was not working well. The view from our room was also disappointing as we were facing the roof of a neighboring steakhouse. My husband and I could not sleep the entire night and in the morning, I went to reception to express my dissatisfaction and demand a different room. Thankfully, they provided us with keys to an apartment on the floor below, which had a pool view and was more suitable for our kids. While the room was not the best we've stayed in, it served its purpose for the week. However, we did encounter further issues during our stay. Despite the hotel's policy of not allowing towel reservation, there was a family who consistently placed 15 towels on the sun loungers every morning, preventing other families, like ours. The management did not take action, despite claiming they would. Additionally, the cleaning of our room was not up to par. On one occasion, we returned from town to find that our room had not been cleaned as scheduled, leading to a shortage of clean towels. When I contacted reception, the cleaner falsely claimed that I had told them not to clean the room. I had to argue over the phone just to clarify the situation. All these issues truly marred our family's experience at the hotel, although the location was great. We couldn't wait to return home.
